Returns or Exchange Policy

 

We hope you love the bags, but if you are not satisfied we offer a 20 calendar day after receipt of product refund less the original shipping charges. 

 

Please contact us for any return or exchange.  If you want to exchange you are responsible for the new shipping cost. 

 

Returned merchandise must be in un-used, un-worn, un-carried, un-washed condition and must include original receipt.  

 

All returns must receive a return authorization number. 

 

The customer pays for the shipping.

 

When we receive the item or items within the allotted time periond we will inspect them and determine if it is eligible for a refund to the credit card.  The refund will be the original price less the shipping and taxes if applicable.

 

Please allow 2 weeks for the return charges to appear on the credit card used. 

 

All sales are final on Sale items.

 

One year product guarantee:

Daddy GO Bag stands by our craftsmanship.  If the product fails do to manufactured defects. We will try to fix the bag or exchange it for a new one.  We are not responsible for misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear due to time.  The customer pays for the shipping to and from.
